Hi,
I wonder if it is somehow possible to choose which field is shown in the reference section on labels printed via DMO that have automatically been imported through Packing Partner. Currently it is deploying the record ID but I would like to change this to show for example Sale ID.
It works correctly when I export for carriers than then manually import the csv file in to DMO but no when letting Packing Partner do the importing itself.

Yes, you can do that from Tools>Options>Collect>Shipping>SaleID as reference

I have the same issue as Footsteps where even with Sales ID ticked it is still the "Record ID" which is being pulled in from ebay.
This does cause extra work when uploading tracking results from DMO to ebay as ebay uses the "Sales ID" reference to match inputted tracking numbers to, not the "Record id" which now populates a DMO end of day download.

I also have that ticked and mine seems a little random. Sometimes it will use SaleId and others it will use Record ID.

SaleID is disabled when importing PDF because the SaleID format is not consistent.
Some characters have to be removed and some are too long to be used. So we have to use RecordID to match the label to the record, when importing the PDF.

I'm not importing a PDF. I am exporting from Packing Partner in to DMO and it randomly sometimes uses SaleID and sometimes RecordID on the printed RM label.

I'm not sure why it would be random, as the setting is either SaleID or RecordID.
