Hello
I am just setting up the email notification feature to auto-email people when items are Printed, Shipped, or Updated. Some of my packages are shipped using 3rd-party shipping providers rather than direct, e.g. I use Parcel2Go.com for MyHermes parcels, as they are cheaper than going direct. However the tracking numbers are specific to Parcel2Go.com and won't work on the MyHermes web site. Is there any way that I can change the URL for tracking for this shipping provider so when people click the tracking link in the email they are taken to this 3rd-party tracking page rather than the MyHermes tracking page? Alternatively, if it is possible for me to add a new shipping provider and set the tracking URL that would also be great.
Thank you
Nick

At the moment the URLs are hard-coded, so they can't be changed.
The simplest way to resolve this would be for us to have Parcel2Go as a supported carrier, then the process could be seamless.
Can you Email us directly with any documentation you have on CSV formats for them.
I'm assuming that you enter the address details manually at the moment?

Hi Andrew
Thank you for considering this request.
I have just provided details for the CSV upload and for full integration in case you choose to extend this further in future.
Address details are provided in the CSV file.
Thank you

Hi Andrew
Thanks for adding Parcel2Go as a carrier. I should be able to test this tomorrow.
In the meantime I have sent parcels using DHL and Parcelforce and both of those tracking links appeared empty with no tracking text either, so the link showed the tracking number but had no URL. So in the meantime I have to disable tracking links in emails as I can't put conditions in the emails like I can on layouts.
One other suggestion. Today we personally delivered an order as they are in the same town, so didn't need to pay for a courier to deliver it, but there is no carrier option for this - we have done this a few times recently so it would be really useful to add an option for orders delivered personally.
Thank you for your support

Thanks Andrew - the Parcel2Go carrier is working.
I have posted a separate thread in the problem forum about the problem with tracking links.
Thanks
