The software is great, just subscribed to the Gold service.
The only issue we have with it is how the ebay notes are displayed. Both the notes that customers add to orders, and what we add. So if a customer orders something and wants a different colur, we add a note. However it doesnt display very apparently in the packing partner software as it does on ebay and our packaging team are often missing the notes.
Would it be possible to make these notes in a bolder / brighter / more highlighted view so it is obvious at first glance?
The notes on eBay appear with a highlighted yellow background and this makes them very easily visible
