Not Fixed: Change on Click & Drop for Consequential Loss

Hi,

I've just updated as I had the consequential loss error. But it doesn't seem to be fixed as I now get this error

  • Row 2: The value in column 'Consequential loss' is not a valid whole number.

Thanks, we're also having this problem.  We fixed it for SD1 by putting in 750, but tracked 24H and 48H still have the problem.

Re: Not Fixed: Change on Click & Drop for Consequential Loss

btw ours says: loss amount '0' is not valid for the service TPN24
Also it was actually 1000 we had to use for SD1, not 750.

Re: Not Fixed: Change on Click & Drop for Consequential Loss

Here is a quick fix for now while waiting for a new version.

Use 'Export for Carriers' to generate a CSV file
Edit the file and delete the values under the 'Consequential Loss' column and save
Then in C&D import the new file

This works for service CRL48 and CRL24 so may work for the other services too. If not change the value to something appropriate to the service.

Re: Not Fixed: Change on Click & Drop for Consequential Loss

We thought it was fixed, but not if you use Large Letter, it seems we can't get round that.
We have reported it to RM, but not sure if they will fix it.
For now, you can unmap the Consequential Loss column, see here.
