hi,
We cannot get any ebay sales to go into packing partner this morning - all have failed with the same issue
Critical Errors - No Valid Address no Currency
We did update PP yesterday and are on 3.5.3.63 - is this the issue? (and if so, how do I go back a version)

*Resolved via phone support and this post has been updated*
1) Your eBay token may have expired or been revoked. Renew it (Tools>Credentials select the account, then click Renew) and then try again. Failing that it may be antivirus, see below.
2) We recently had one of our files incorrectly flagged as dangerous by an antivirus provider, and you may need to update your antivirus to stop this from affecting you. The symptoms would usually be that your sale records will appear corrupt, after collecting.
As a temporary fix go to Tools>Options>Settings, set the below to "No"
Use external collecting and despatching
Please note this is an optimisation setting, and so would encourage you to try updating your AV first (then reinstall PP), before switching it off.
