Hi, since the software was updated to the Chrome based browser I don't get the coloured bars to show the status of ebay orders, it still works on Amazon, but no longer on ebay?
Do you have to alter a setting or something?

We have a couple of people who are having this issue, but can't reproduce it here.

Thanks, but it's still the same. I also keep getting the message 'No records selected' when trying to collect, a page refresh does fix that.
One more thing I have a red unlocked padlock in the search bar on ebay, it is green on Amazon, don't know if that has something to do with it?

Great, that fixed it. One more thing though, I seem to getting {BuyerNotes1} printed on invoices since the last few versions, it only seems to print where they have not left a message?
