ebay shop credentials api

Hello,

Could you please let me know how to connect new eBay shop threw credentials as I go throw credentials new > ebay API access and enter eBay shop after get message that it all settled but in a field credentials show just bold information on that shop, and i cant manually take the orders as API not set. I also emailed you yesterday with screenshots. Would be looking hearing any news from you. Many thanks!

Thanks for the post. We've since connected to you and fixed this, but for any other users experiencing a similar problem, please update Packing Partner to the latest version and then try again.

If you have duplicate entries in your Credentials manager, please click and remove them so that you only have one per account.
