Hi all,
I've tried logging into Shopify to collect orders this morning and still can't get past "Review your security Settings" screen. It works fine on my standard Internet Browser (Google Chrome) but not on the PP program.
Any ideas / suggestions?
PS. I have already downloaded the latest version and have tried clicking "confirm your settings" but doesn't load into anything else!

Thanks for the post.
Can you try the following:
- Update Packing Partner from here
- In Packing Partner, go to Tools>Options>Browser and click Clear Cookies, and Clear History
If that fails, please then try to log into your account with a different browser (eg Chrome) and see if you get the same problem

Hi Ben,
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
Unfortunately, this hasn't made a difference. Clicking the 'Clear Cookies' and 'Clear History' on the settings screen didn't seem to action anything though.
When I log in to my Shopify account on my Chrome browser, I have no issues at all, but when I attempt to log in on the PP browser, I keep encountering the "Review your Security settings" screen and cannot bypass it.
