Amazon not updating sales records

Our amazon feed is not updating the records to say 'mark as shipped' the records can be collected and marked as shipped, but it then transfers to a holding page, and when we go into the browser to update it says there are no records to be mark as shipped, we have updated to the latest version, and still have the same problem.

Can you Email us with a landline number.  It is not a known issue, so we will need to connect to your PC to see what is happening.
