Recorded delivery - Printing postal records

Hi Andrew, and all

Something really helpful for me would be when I print the postal records, only recorded deliery items appear (or even only items that I have entered tracking info for) - this is because when I go the sorting office, they just sign and stamp my recorded delivery items.

Is it possible using some sort of code in the filter box to bring just these up?

Furthermore relating to tracking, when I update on eBay it does not put the tracking info into the ebay sale - is this a possibility - I think the eBay customers would like this

I've realised I can filter the signed for by searching signed, but I need the today filter (S:06 February 2014) as well, is there a way of combining two searches together?

You can use * for AND also | for OR. This allows you to filter most things e.g. United Kingdom*Tracked|France will show orders that are UK tracked or France orders.

You can add filters to the drop down from Tools>Options>Records>Edit Filters.
So if you add (or edit) a line in the filter text:

Signed Today=signed*S:{tday}

That will add a menu option of Signed Today, then just click to filter the records.
