We have just had two BFPO parcels back as rejected by customs - due to no CN22
we never normally put CN22 on, as the BFPO is a UK sorting office, but then forwarded onto the correct country / outpost / posting etc
But now it appears we still need the CN22 on.
Can you adjust something in PP so that any BFPO address creates a CN22 label? -
Cheers

That should be the case already, we should have made that change, but I will check.

This is also dependant on if you are using PP to produce the CN22 or if you are relying on C&D to auto generate it.
I had the same problem myself recently - but I get C&D to produce my CN22 automatically. When I asked Support at C&D why the CN22 as not produced automatically I was told they had no way of knowing it was a BFPO address and were only using Country to specify if parcel needed a CN22. As country for BFPO addresses was UK then no CN22 was produced! I thought that a lame excuse so now I have to check and hand write my own CN22 if I get a BFPO order.

Unfortunately C&D would need to change their end, as there is no way to force it to create a CN22.
You could setup a CN22 layout in Packing Partner, then you could at least print, rather than hand write.
