Force quit

Every so often I have to force quit PPV3 as it won't close the app with the x or alt F4. ??

Thanks for your post.

Do you see the blue screen that normally shows when PP is closing and saving data?

Also are you on the latest version of PP?

Hi, 

No blue screen it seems as if the quit feature is disabled.? but it's just maybe once or twice a week.
