Creating carrier labels using Print assist not working

Hi guys, my Royal Mail labels are hanging on the Waiting for Click & Drop Desktop prompt. I'm using Print Assist and C&D desktop to create RM labels. Come back off a week holiday and started to get packing my orders today and no labels are being created. I've updated to the latest PP version.

My C&D Desktop app history shows:

"StatusImport summary file no longer exists, or cannot be read"

Thanks for the post. That's a bit unusual. We'll look into it and will likely arrange remote connection with you to investigate.
