Cannot Get labels for Amazon orders

We are getting the following notice on the Amazon orders this morning when trying to create a label

Label Error: "error creating label":"InvalidRequest 1 validation error detected: Value null at 'shippingServiceId' failed to satisfy constraint: Member must not be null"

Strangely a couple have gone through ok on Amazon (ebay ok), the orders are new orders, are ok within the time frame and cover all services 24 / 48/ LL / Parcel (so I cannot narrow down the issue)

It appears that the ones we cannot get if you look at carrier settings instead of format as an option

for these items it weirdly shows as:

Service
Hazmat

and if I click NONE as an option it removes the orange triangle?

hi, 

Was there an update, resolution for this, as it also stopped my afternoon pick - the only way we could get the tickets off was to change and not collect through Amazon, (the old Click and drop way)
