CN22 printing value Excluding postage

hi, 

I have updated to the latest version to get the EU CN22 off and noticed that the value is item price only - and does not include postage that I charged the customer? (which it should do)

Please can you advise, 

Also, the new boxes in tools - options - collect

VAT
EORI

Is this our UK VAt and UK EORI number?  - or EU EORI numbers? (we have several vat registration like a lot of amazon retailers), and we all had to get an EU EORI number as we were told the GB ones would not be valid after Jan 1?
do all these columns need to be completed so that the data is compliant for Royal Mail?

Thanks for the post.

Regarding values on CN22 - we have been informed by HMRC that CN22 value should no longer include postage costs. If you compare to a CN22 generated by RM (which you can do via Click and Drop) you will get the same result.

For EORI use your EU number, if you've been told your GB will not be accepted.

These boxes have been added to settings as some carriers are requiring this information. It's not currently required for your Click and Drop imports, because that information is picked up from your settings within Click and Drop itself.
