Lost all tabs other than "Account" and "Browser"

After trying to setup shopify API credentials I have noticed I have now lost all tabs in my software.
I have uninstalled and re-installed the newest software and still no joy.

If we attempt to collect any orders we get the following error:
Exact Abacus upload:
"failed to connect. Try again now or next time you collect?"
Retry now or Next time

Neither option actually does anything.

Can this be looked at ASAP as we are unable to collect any orders due to this

Open the program:
In Packing Partner, go to Tools>Options>Settings and filter for abacus.
Change Enable legacy Abacus support to No and restart.
